I’m writing you a few lines halfway through my exhibition at the Casa de la Cultura in Navacerrada. The opening took place on Saturday, May 10th, a wonderful afternoon in the company of friends and art lovers.
The surrounding mountains still hold accumulated snow in the highlands, the dense forest displays every possible shade of green, the sun shines, and the blue sky tells us it’s spring. The days are getting longer, and the streets and terraces buzz with the hustle and bustle of the weekend. It’s wonderful to bring my work to a place like Navacerrada and share with you the result of my latest series, D.Construcción. From here, I want to thank @aytonavacerrada for the welcome, and also the local public for their interest. And of course, everyone who has come to Navacerrada these past few days.
